2010 Female Recipient – Nicole Roberts

Nicole Roberts is from Columbia High School in Burbank where she has been on the volleyball, basketball & softball teams all four years in high school, earning 11 varsity letters. She was varsity basketball captain during her junior & senior years and received all league honors in both basketball and softball.

Nicole was also on the Big Purple AAU Basketball team throughout high school. She is admired for her sportsmanship, teamwork and willingness to put her team first.

Off the field, Nicole is a very busy young lady. She was her class President during her freshman and sophomore years, and served as ASB Secretary, then President, to finish her high school years. She has also served as an officer in Future Business Leaders of America for 2 years.

In addition to leadership roles, Nicole spent many hours with her 4-H group and was a member of Future Farmers of America, participating at the Benton Franklin County Fair throughout her high school years.

She has been a Special Olympics volunteer multiple years and also served on the Columbia Citizen’s Levy Committee.

Nicole is a member of National Honor Society and currently holds a 3.89 GPA
